60 minute Hatha.
Class description
Start your week off with a hatha class. Building strength, flexibility, and self awareness through intentional postures (asana) and breathwork (pranayama). Expect to hold poses with modifications, refine alignment, and move through flowing sequences, all guided by your breath. We’ll close with time for relaxation allowing your practice to settle. Suitable for all levels. Come as you are.

Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations can be made up to 1 hour before class start time. 2. You can reschedule your class booking up to 12 hours before class start time. 3. The booking cut off time is 4pm for the 6.30pm class. This is to ensure I know the number of people coming in advance so i know whether the class will be going ahead. Thank you
